طريقة طلب الحذف
أرسل طلب حذف البيانات إلى [email protected] من البريد المرتبط بحسابك، مع ذكر اسم الحساب أو الشركة وأي معرفات ربط متاحة.
ما الذي يتم حذفه
يشمل الحذف بيانات الحساب، إعدادات الربط مع Meta WhatsApp Business، سجلات التشغيل المرتبطة بالحساب، وأي بيانات محفوظة يمكن حذفها قانونياً وتشغيلياً.
مدة المعالجة
نراجع طلبات الحذف خلال مدة معقولة، وقد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات المحدودة إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً للامتثال القانوني أو حماية الخدمة من الاحتيال أو النزاعات.
إلغاء الربط من Meta
يمكنك أيضاً إدارة صلاحيات التطبيق من إعدادات حساب Meta أو Business Manager لإزالة وصول MonyBot إلى أصول واتساب للأعمال.

How to Request Deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account, and include your account or company name and any available integration identifiers.
What Is Deleted
Deletion may include account data, Meta WhatsApp Business connection settings, related operational logs, and any stored data that can be legally and operationally removed.
Processing Time
We review deletion requests within a reasonable period. Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
